By opting in to receive text (SMS) messages from ElixaMD, Inc. (“ElixaMD”) you consent to receive automated, recurring text messages related to your ElixaMD account and your prospective or ongoing use of the Services. These terms and conditions constitute the SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms of Service") for ElixaMD. SMS messages may include promotional and marketing notifications, provided you have opted in to receive such messages from ElixaMD. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. By completing the SMS Enrollment, you represent and warrant that:
(1) you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device you used to initiate the SMS Enrollment,
(2) you have provided express written consent where required,
(3) you have the authority to approve any applicable charges associated with the text messages sent to and received from ElixaMD,
(4) you will be responsible for any messaging and data charges that may apply for messages sent to you from ElixaMD, or from ElixaMD to you, and
(5) neither ElixaMD, nor your or ElixaMD's mobile carriers, will be liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You acknowledge and understand that your access to ElixaMD's Services is not conditioned upon your consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages from ElixaMD. You may opt out of ElixaMD's SMS services at any time by texting or saying "STOP" in response to a message you received, from the mobile device that is subscribed to receive the messages. After sending the "STOP" message, ElixaMD may send one final text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. If you have opted in to receive more than one type of text message from ElixaMD, you must opt out of each service individually. Until you have unsubscribed from each type of SMS service, you may continue to receive the text messages from ElixaMD to which you are subscribed. You also understand that certain regulations require that the consent you provide is documented, and you may request a copy of your consent record at any time. Additionally, clear and conspicuous disclosures have been made regarding any potential charges you may incur as a result of receiving text messages. You may also text HELP for help, or alternatively contact us directly at help@elixamd.com. As required by and through our supporting third-party carrier, we attest that we will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your personal information, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages. ElixaMD will use commercially reasonable efforts to adhere to applicable state regulations regarding quiet hours for sending messages. You acknowledge that while ElixaMD is committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your sensitive information, the transmission of information over the internet and mobile networks is not completely secure. Text messages sent to or received from ElixaMD are not encrypted, which means there is a possibility that they may be intercepted by third parties. By choosing to send or receive information via text message, you do so at your own risk. By initiating an SMS Enrollment, you consent to sending text messages to ElixaMD and receiving text messages from ElixaMD that are not encrypted. By completing an SMS Enrollment, you also consent to receiving messages from automated agents that may rely upon artificial intelligence (“AI”) to respond to your questions and concerns. These automated agents may access personal information you have shared with ElixaMD to provide more relevant information and assistance. Please note that while ElixaMD’s AI is designed to enhance support, we cannot attest to the complete accuracy of responses, and occasional errors may occur. For the avoidance of doubt, the AI does not provide medical advice; for any questions regarding your health or treatment, please speak with your primary care doctor or speak directly with a ElixaMD provider as it relates to weight loss. *The assessment made available on the ElixaMD website does not create a doctor-patient relationship between the individual completing the assessment and ElixaMD. OpenLoop Health, a network of US-licensed doctors that adhere to rigorous medical protocols designed for patient safety, has established exclusionary criteria to determine if an individual does not qualify for GLP-1s. The answers an individual provides to the ElixaMD assessment consequently determine if the individual is screened out of eligibility for GLP-1 medication, and an OpenLoop Health clinician will meet with an individual after checkout to determine if they qualify for a prescription. OpenLoop Health clinicians retain the decision to prescribe compounded GLP-1s to patients.
All claims and benefits on this website refer to self-reported data from GLP-1 customers on a treatment plan that includes compounded GLP-1 medications and consultations with medical professionals. Customers reported their weight on their initial medical intake questionnaire every 3-4 weeks thereafter. Results from compounded medications found on the ElixaMD platform may vary and be affected by an individual's adherence to the program and their clinician's recommendations. Compounded GLP-1s are produced in FDA-regulated facilities. Although these facilities are highly regulated, the medications are not FDA-approved or evaluated for safety, efficacy, or quality. The decision to use compounded drugs is guided by the licensed provider's medical judgment, which is informed by a telehealth consultation and medical history. We encourage all prospective users of compounded medications to speak with their provider about the specific risks and benefits that may come with the use of compounded medication. ElixaMD does not produce compounded medications, and individuals may receive medication that looks different than what is portrayed on the website

We are partnered with multiple USA certified pharmacies to bring the best product and overall experience to our membership. Our team meets regularly with pharmacies to discuss any product shortages, shipping delays, and get updated reports on their medication testing.
